After the initial purchase has been completed your onboarding process begins. Over the next 24 hours your Arclight instance will be associated to your subdomain and credentials will be created for your initial admin account.

Each client will receive a set of emails including their login details, access to the ticketing portal, and further contact with your ORE System representative.

After you initiate the primary subscription clients will have access to a collection of addons for their products. These can be purchased separately and individually. Each feature requires 24 hours for integration and deployment.
